The lock itself feels sturdy and it’s easy to use, so no complaints there. But the scratch protection really isn’t as good as I expected. After just a few rides with it in my bag and sometimes resting against the frame, I started noticing little marks in the paint. It’s not the end of the world, but for the price I figured it would be better thought out. getting the usual canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type response doesn’t really help when my bike’s already marked up.

The keys were easy to use, and the combo worked fine for me. Nothing complicated, which is pretty much what I was hoping for. I haven’t had any issues so far, so...

I’ve been using my Hiplok through plenty of rainy days and cold mornings, and it’s still holding up really well. No rust so far, which I appreciate because it feels right to buy gear that lasts instead of something that ends up being waste after one season. The outside does get dirty quickly, but it wipes clean without much effort. I’m taking off one star because it can get a bit stiff after heavy rain, but overall it’s been a solid, dependable lock

I wanted to like this more, but after using it for a while, it just feels too heavy for daily use. It’s not necessarily bad, and I can see it working well for occasional use, but carrying it around or using it every day gets tiring quickly. I felt a little disappointed because I was hoping it would be something I could rely on more often.

Thought it might rattle on bumpy roads. It doesn’t. Stays quiet and feels solid. Happy with it

I’ve been using my Hiplok for a few months now, and it’s been really reliable. The key turns smoothly, no sticking or weird jamming, even after it’s been left out in the rain a couple times.
I like that it feels properly secure but is still easy to use when I’m in a hurry. I’ve had cheaper locks before that got annoying quickly, actually, not even quickly, almost right away—but this one just does what it’s supposed to do.

I ended up ordering the wrong size lock, which was kind of my fault but also the sizing could’ve been easier to figure out, I guess. I contacted support and they got back to me quickly at first. The return process was simple and didn’t turn into a whole annoying thing, though there was one point where the replies slowed down a bit. I also asked them about the warranty while I had them, and they explained it in a way that actually made sense. So yeah, not perfect, but they fixed the issue without much hassle. Giving it 4 stars

It fits both okay, so no real complaints there!!! But switching between them can be a bit fiddly sometimes... not a dealbreaker, just kind of annoying when you're in a hurry!!

I’ve been using this lock for a bit, and overall it’s decent. The capacity is okay for what I need, but I’ve noticed the inside clearance feels tight sometimes, which can make it a little tricky depending on what I’m locking up

Am I the only one who thinks the site looks clean and is easy enough to use, but feels a bit bland in some spots? It’s not bad at all, and nothing really annoyed me, but there also wasn’t much that stood out or felt memorable.

I bought this from Hiplok mostly because I needed a decent lock and didn’t think too much about the storage side of it at the time. My hallway is already a bit cluttered, and my bike doesn’t exactly have loads of spare space either, so I was half expecting it to be another awkward thing to deal with. After using it for a bit, though, the bracket and wall storage have ended up being really useful. It clips in easily, stays put, and doesn’t rattle around much when I’m riding. It’s a small detail, but it makes the whole lock much less annoying to use day to day.

Found the lock I was looking for without any hassle, and it was actually in stock, which was clutch. Smooth experience overall...

I picked this up mostly because I was just over dealing with those big bulky locks, especially when I’m only riding into town for a quick errand. This one is way easier to toss in my bag or bring along without feeling like I’m hauling extra gear around. It’s not exactly featherlight or anything, so don’t expect that, but compared to my old chain lock it feels like a huge improvement. Happy with it overall, I’d give it 4 stars
